8. Google User Data

LattIQ Audience Manager enables Google Ads account connection and Customer Match audience management.

Scopes and consent

Explicit user consent grants access to Google Ads scope and Google Data Manager scope for authorized accounts only.

What we access

Google Ads account lists, Customer Match and lookalike user lists (create, read, update, remove capabilities), and audience metadata including size, status, eligibility, and sharing information.

What you upload

First-party customer identifiers (email, phone, mailing address) normalized and hashed using SHA-256 before they are transmitted to Google.

How we use Google user data

Solely for audience-management features - creating audiences, tracking status, building lookalike segments, and detecting duplication. The company does not use this data for advertising, profiling, or sales.

Storage, retention, and revocation

OAuth authorization tokens are stored; uploaded identifiers process for request fulfillment without retention after submission to Google. Users may disconnect anytime, deleting stored tokens, and revoke access via myaccount.google.com/permissions. Created audiences remain unaffected.

How we share it

Google user data remains unshared with third parties except when strictly necessary to provide the service or legally required.

Limited Use

Adherence to Google API Services User Data Policy applies, including Limited Use requirements.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
